Reverb
(aka Bzzz)
-
Reverb (aka B-Z-Z-Z), directed and choreographed and co-composed by Caleb Teicher, is a comedic music-theater work for two world-champion beatboxers and six virtuoso tap dancers.
In the ‘26-’27 season, Reverb aims to open a commercial Off-Broadway run in New York City.

“Both tap and beatboxing seek to astonish — your feet and mouth can do that? — and everything in “Bzzz” tends to ratchet up, accelerate, get crazier, sometimes building to the jump-around energy of a mosh pit. But the manner stays inviting; the call and response sections include the audience.
“As duets slipped into group numbers and solos into trios, the stage constantly (and aptly) buzzed with life — sunny, sweet, yet full of power.”
“Bzzz” is a music-making triumph.”
